2010- 2011 REGISTRATION If you are a NEW member or Import to Wainwright Minor Hockey, we will be hosting in-person registrations at the PMM arenas:
TUESDAY, AUGUST 17 9 AM - 1 PM WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 18 9 AM - 1 PM WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 1 7 PM
All forms are on-line under the "Forms" tab above. Just click and find out which forms you will need to fill out. Please feel free to download and fill out before hand.
PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE A NEW MEMBER PLEASE BRING BIRTH CERTIFICATES AND AB HEALTH CARE NUMBERS.
2010 -2011 FEES -( includes 3 evaluation skates with exception to Polar Kings)Initiation - $325 Novice - $365 Atom Boys - $475 Atom Girls - $475 PeeWee Boys - $605 PeeWee Girls - $585 Bantam Boys - $615 Bantam Girls - $615 Midget Boys - $665 Midget Girls - $630 Bantam Polar Kings - $675 Major Midget Polar Kings - $675 U16 Polar Kings - $675Please note that Wainwright Minor Hockey will be holding open try-outs for Atom, PeeWee, Bantam, and Midget tiered teams, if needed. There will be a one time fee of $55 for residents and $110 for
non - residents.
